Welcome to Salt Spring Island
Our agents live on and specialize in Salt Spring Island, and are thrilled to offer their clients the increased exposure that an affiliation with one of Victoria’s largest and most respected real estate companies has to offer.
Our office is situated in Grace Point Square at the center of things in Ganges and is only steps away from the famous Saturday Market and the Tuesday Local Farmers’ Market, which run from the spring season to the fall and are both hosted in Centennial Park. Many other local producers and farmers sell their products at roadside farm stands where customers pay in the ‘honor box’.
We have so much to share from music to arts, farm to table bounty, ocean adventures, connection to nature and wellness. When can you get here?
Three Villages, One Community
Salt Spring Island is the most populated of the Southern Gulf Islands, featuring 134 km of pristine shoreline. It has the mildest climate in Canada that provides Islanders with warm summers and mild winters, tidal pools, sand and shell beaches, parks, lakes and mountains, Salt Spring Island is a paradise to be discovered.
Fulford
Fulford village is located in the south end of the island and has several gift stores, a small grocery store, and organic café and a restaurant. It is the hub for south-enders and people arriving on ferries from or departing to Swartz Bay (Victoria), on Vancouver Island.
Ganges
Of the three villages on the island, Ganges, located at the head of Ganges Harbour on the eastern side of the island, is the major center and focal point for arts, cuisine, local shops and services. It offers all the core services you might require during your stay: marina, banks, insurance companies, hardware, housewares, groceries stores, pharmacies and more.
Vesuvius
Vesuvius is located on the western side of the island and is one of the sunniest spots on the island with a popular west-facing beach, a restaurant with sunny patio and a general store. Vesuvius provides ferry terminal access for travel to and from Crofton on Vancouver Island.
